Savour Retreat

September 17th - September 20th, 2026 • Märkische Schweiz, Brandenburg

A retreat for slowing down enough to taste life

Over four days at Haus Erlengrund, you will move through embodied practice, nature, ritual, rest, pleasure, creativity and shared experience.

You will slow down enough to listen.

To the body.
To the land.
To desire.
To what feels full.
To what is ready to be gathered.
To what may be ready to fall away.

Not to escape life, but to be in it more fully.

A taste of the program

Each part of the retreat is designed as an invitation rather than a demand. There is no correct way to participate. You are welcome to move, rest, adapt, witness and follow your own rhythm.

  • restorative yin

Frequently Asked Questions

Meet your host

Savour is held by Juliana, founder of Root & Rebound.

Her work weaves somatic movement, embodied facilitation, coaching, non-dual tantra, sound, ritual and pre-Hispanic wisdom of her Mexican heritage.

She creates spaces that are grounded, invitational and spacious enough for each person to meet themselves in their own way.

At the heart of her practice is a simple intention:

to help people return to the body, listen more deeply and participate more fully in life.

Meet the chef

Caro is a Berlin-based chef whose passion for food has been with her for as long as she can remember.

She sees cooking as a way of creating connection - between people who share a table, with ourselves, and with the environment we're part of. Guided by curiosity and intuition, the kitchen feels like a playground to her where flavours are constantly being discovered and paired in unexpected ways.

For Caro, cooking is about staying close to nature, close to the source of the ingredients, and allowing that proximity to guide the way a dish comes together.
