50hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Ōde Yoga Institute
April 25th - May 1st, 2027 • Torri in Sabina, Italy
Yoga Alliance Certified
Five days dedicated to your practice and your teaching. Your 200-hour training gave you the foundation - the knowledge, technique and skills to step into the role of a teacher. Elevate is where you learn to make that knowledge come alive in the room. Through intensive, hands-on workshops, teaching labs and direct feedback, you’ll refine the art of sequencing, cueing, observing, adapting and connecting - so you can teach with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

What will you learn in this training?
-
Sequence with purpose & intention
Learn to build sequences with real intention, grounded in the principles of Vinyasa Krama, structured around peak poses, themes or energetic arcs, and flexible enough to adapt in the moment when a class doesn't go as planned.
-
Find the words that actually land
Sharpen the words you teach with: clear, well-paced cueing that guides without over-explaining, and language that's genuinely inclusive, so every student in the room feels welcomed and addressed, not just instructed.
-
Bring more of you into the room
This is a chance to explore what genuinely lights you up - the themes, stories and instincts that are already part of who you are - and discover your own way of weaving them into your teaching. Rather than borrowing from other teachers, you'll find the details, references and personal touches that make a class unmistakably yours.
-
Meet every student where they are
Learn to adapt in real time for injuries, physical limitations, different ages and abilities, so every student in a mixed-level room feels genuinely met.
-
Learn to assist with confidence
Practise safe, confident hands-on assists across standing poses, twists and backbends, how to ask for consent, and how to use props to support alignment rather than force a shape.
-
Turn your teaching into a career
Learn the basics of setting up a yoga business: defining your niche, marketing yourself, and pricing your classes with confidence. Plus practical ways to find teaching opportunities, from studios and private clients to workshops and online.
How you’ll actually learn this
None of this stays theoretical. Every day is built around hands-on workshops followed by small-group teaching labs, where you immediately teach what you've just covered: building a real sequence, cueing it out loud, offering an assist, adapting on the spot. You teach and you get direct feedback from your peers and your teachers. The you adjust, and you teach again. By the end of the week, this isn't information you've collected - it's a set of skills you've actually practiced and felt work in the room.
You're also never doing this alone. You're surrounded by other teachers who are practicing, refining and growing right alongside you. Watching each other teach, exchanging feedback, and elevating each other further than you would your own. That kind of company brings its own kind of learning: the small insight a fellow teacher offers after watching you teach, the inspiration you get form someone else's sequence, the conversation over dinner that unlocks something in your own teaching. Many teachers leave with more than new skills - with real inspiration, and friendships with like-minded people that last well beyond the week.
Elevate is open to any 200-hour certified yoga teacher - from any style or lineage - who wants to build real confidence in the room. This training is for you if:
You've Just Completed a 200-Hour Training: you want a confident, supported next step before or shortly after you start teaching.
You're Teaching Already: regularly or occasionally, and want to feel more inspired and grounded once you're in front of a class.
You Want to Find Your Own Voice: rather than teaching like a copy of your own teachers.
You Want Direct, Honest Feedback: from experienced mentors who can see exactly what's happening in your teaching.
You Want Practical, Hands-On Tools: for sequencing, cueing, assisting and working with different bodies.
You do not need years of teaching experience. New graduates are just as welcome as teachers who've been in the room for years - the only real requirement is a 200-hour certification and a willingness to teach, receive feedback, and evolve.
Who is this training for?
Counts Toward Your Yoga Alliance CE Hours
If you hold a Yoga Alliance registration, Elevate is registered as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) training - all 50 hours count toward the Continuing Education requirement RYTs complete to keep their registration active, and you'll receive an official completion certificate to log directly into your Yoga Alliance account.

The training location
Elevate takes place at OLEA Retreat Centre, nestled in the tranquil Sabina countryside near Rome, in the village of Torri in Sabina. Set among olive groves and rolling hills, OLEA offers panoramic views and accommodation across two beautifully restored Italian farmhouses that blend rustic charm with modern comfort.
At the heart of the property is a striking 150 m² open-air yoga platform overlooking the countryside, along with an indoor shala for cooler mornings or evenings - both dedicated entirely to our group for the week. When you're not on the mat, there's a pool and shaded gardens to unwind in between sessions.
The centre is around a 90-minute drive from Rome's Fiumicino Airport - far enough into the countryside for genuine quiet and focus, close enough for an easy arrival.
