Fanny is a yoga teacher based in Berlin, offering Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath sessions. Her teaching is rooted in presence, nervous system awareness, and the art of slowing down.
Drawing from studies in Yin, Ayurveda, TCM, fascia, and trauma-informed approaches, she guides practices that emphasize feeling over performing, creating spaces for rest, reconnection, and self-regulation.
With simplicity and care, Fanny invites students to explore movement and stillness as pathways to feeling more at home in their bodies and more at peace within themselves.
