In Transition Retreat
June 1st -June 6th, 2026 • Alentejo, Portugal
A retreat for people navigating turning points in life or work
Life moves in seasons. There are moments when something has ended, something new has not yet fully formed, and we are asked to pause in between. Transition is the space of potential between what has been and what is becoming.
"In Transition" is a retreat for those standing at a threshold – when clarity is needed, but not urgency; when movement is desired, but not forced.
Every element of this retreat is intentional.
From nourishing food and a deeply restorative natural setting, to daily practices designed to reset your nervous system: there is structure and space for guided inquiry, reflection, creative expression, and mind-body work.
What to expect
Full accommodation at Monte das Casolas, in the Alentejo countryside
Seasonal, nourishing shared meals and honest conversation
Facilitated sessions drawing on inner development, personal/professional coaching
Nature-based and creative explorations (e.g. writing, painting)
Daily embodiment practices: yoga, breathwork, meditation, dance
Dedicated time for personal reflection and integration
An intimate group to share with, be witnessed by, and learn from
Open space to offer skills, experiments, or ideas to the group
The daily rhythm balances guided sessions, individual focus, rest, and time in nature, providing you with both with structure and spaciousness.
If this resonates with you, join a multi-generational, international community of people in this space of shared inquiry.
