Men’s Retreat
October 15th - October 18th, 2026 • Haus Erlengrund, Märkische Schweiz, Brandenburg
An extended weekend full of presence, movement and connection amongst men
This is an invitation not to become better, but to let go and reconnect. Through yoga, meditation, nature, fun, silence, and guided reflection we create a safe space.
We slow down enough to notice, to draw inwards and to listen to what wants to be felt. Surrounded by nature, safely in community - among men.
Only one hour from Berlin at a beautiful space in nature. You can expect: movement through yoga, walks & swimming. Private lake access with a sauna and bonfire. Wholesome vegetarian food, stillness & sound. Respectful community and time for yourself. A digital detox and substance free space.
Retreat language: English & German

How can I be present as a man if I am not present with myself?
Growing up I was taught to be strong & hard. That I should not feel too much.
To keep going, even when something inside me quietly breaks.
I’ve learned early on that sadness is dangerous for men. That fear must be hidden.
During my process of unlearning I have experienced myself and also witnessed in others that men can come back to their true essence.
Not to the traditional idea of a man, not to the role, but to the human being underneath.

“Hey there, I‘m Alex and I want us men to unlearn the traditional idea of a man and come back to the human being underneath. I want us to let go and reconnect.
For over a decade, I’ve questioned the image of masculinity: its rules, its boundaries, and the price of following them. When I became a father, this topic became even more important to me.
As I tried to truly connect with my son, one question kept surfacing: How can I be present as a man, if I’m not present with myself?
When we cannot feel ourselves, connections with others grow shallow — with our partners, our friends, our children, and ultimately, with our own lives.”
