Buchholzer represents the combination of landscape, hospitality, and design. The core of this retreat center is to combine peace, nature, and community – an inspiring place for workshops and relaxation. The place consists of two large holiday apartments, Haus Weide and Haus Buche, and three studios: Holler, Hasel, and Flieder. Within the structure of the houses, a variety of room uses are possible. There are communal areas, outdoor spaces on terraces, in the garden, and in the willow grove, as well as rooms for retreat and privacy.

Accommodation

Haus Weide offers a bedroom on the ground floor and a smaller bedroom on the upper floor, each with a double bed. On the gallery, there are three sleeping alcoves equipped with curtains.

Haus Buche has a large bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and also three single beds on the gallery. Each holiday home has a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Each of the three studios has a double bed, a sleeping loft, and a washbasin. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as a kitchen.

Haus Weide

House Weide features a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large window seat. A curved staircase leads from the living area to an open gallery with three sleeping alcoves and a separate bedroom facing the garden. There is an additional accessible bedroom on the ground floor. An external gallery and the large terrace connect House Weide to House Buche when needed .

Haus Buche

House Buche features a bright living and dining room with a very large window. The kitchen faces the village street. A covered terrace extends along the southeast side. A curved staircase leads from the living room to an open gallery with three sleeping alcoves and a separate bedroom overlooking the garden. An external gallery and the large terrace connect House Weide to House Buche when needed.

The Studios

In the spacious garden of the complex stands a smaller wooden house with three simply furnished studios: Holler , Hasel, and Flieder. Each studio has a double bed, a sleeping loft, and a washbasin. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets and a kitchen are shared and accessible via the front terrace with pergola. The studios' floor-to-ceiling French doors can be fully opened to the outside, onto the terrace and the large garden with its willow grove.

Studio Holler

The wooden house in the garden has two shared bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a kitchen, which are shared with the other two studios. It has a separate entrance, accessed via the terrace with pergola.

Studio Holler,  measuring 20 square meters, offers a double bed and two single beds on a sleeping loft and is equipped with a washbasin. It features floor-to-ceiling French doors and an additional panoramic window seat that frames the beautiful view of the meadows behind the house.

Studio Hasel

    • via the northern Berlin Ring (A10) towards Frankfurt/Prenzlau

    • At the Barnim motorway junction, take the A11 exit towards Szczecin/Prenzlau, then stay on the A11 for 63km.

    • Take exit 8 Pfingstberg. Then turn left onto the L24 towards Pfingstberg/Gerswalde/Greiffenberg.

    • Drive through Suckow, Flieth and Kaakstedt on the L24 towards Gerswalde

    • Keep right in Gerswalde and drive on the L24 towards Haßleben.

    • After approximately 3km, turn right towards Buchholz / Pinnow onto the K7318.

    • After about 2 km you reach Buchholz, the house is located in the village center on the right-hand side.

    Warning: Significant traffic jams occasionally occur on this route. Check the situation before you set off and consider an alternative route:

    • A route that leads to the B109. The B109 is scenic and rarely congested.

    • Leave the B109 in Hassleben and turn right onto the L24 towards Gerswalde.

    • After about 2km you turn left towards Buchholz / Pinnow onto the K7318

    • After about 2 km you will reach Buchholz; the house is located in the village center on the right-hand side.

  • The buses only run from Monday to Friday.
    Bus 504 is a demand-responsive bus; it must be booked by phone at least 60 minutes in advance (Tel. 03332 442 755). Booking hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

    • In Haßleben change to bus 506 towards Haßleben, 1 stop/10 min

    • Change in Gerswalde to bus 504 towards Gerswalde, 1 stop/10 min

    • Get off at Buchholz; the bus stop is right next to the house.

    • Drive onto the village road at the railway crossing (towards the bus stop parking lot)

    • Drive through the village of Seehausen and at the end of the village turn sharply right onto the K7318 country road towards Potzlow.

    • In Potzlow turn straight/left towards Pinnow and follow the Gerswalder Weg/Ausbau road to Pinnow.

    • Drive through Potzlow expansion

    • Drive through Pinnow and follow the road towards Buchholz/Haßleben.

    • After about 2 km you reach Buchholz, the house is located in the village center on the left-hand side.

    Tip: The RE3 is often quite crowded. If you want to board with your bike, get on at the main train station (not Gesundbrunnen).
    Even better are Potsdamer Platz or Südkreuz.
