About the facilitator
Leonie is a certified Yoga and Breathwork teacher and clinical psychologist. In her approach she combines the knowledge of both traditions for a holistic understanding of the body and mind. For Leonie it is important to create a safe environment where participants are encouraged to fully let go, connect with their experience and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
