Join this special class designed for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, ease pelvic discomfort, and feel supported on their journey with the menstrual cycle, endometriosis, or adenomyosis.

What to Expect:

  • 1 hour of gentle, supportive yoga

We focus on practices that help relieve tension and support the pelvic areac including Relaxation and breathing techniques to ease cramps and pain & mindful asana to encourage circulation and release in the pelvic region

After the practice, we create a safe and compassionate space to:

  • Share personal experiences with your cycle, endometriosis, or adenomyosis

  • Feel seen and supported by others who understand

  • Explore tools for self-care, emotional balance, and body awareness
