A 3-hour embodied journey of breath, cacao, sound and free movement. No choreography - just presence, music and space to feel fully you.

This is a space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your aliveness.

The evening begins gently, opening a grounded and connected field, and then unfolds into a deep Ecstatic Dance journey guided by music, presence, and intuitive movement. We close with spacious integration and rest.

This is not about choreography or performance.

There is no right or wrong way to move.

It’s an invitation to listen inward, follow sensation, and allow the body to express itself freely - exactly as it is.
