About the facilitators
Sarah-Lisa Besemer is an Emotion Alchemist, hypnosis coach, and mentor for genuine, tangible change. She guides people in letting go of old patterns, transforming their fears, and stepping courageously into the life that truly suits them. Through conversational hypnosis, somatic work, and deep emotional experiences, she creates spaces where transformation happens effortlessly yet powerfully. Her credo: Feeling is the key—because your feelings are your guide and your connection to yourself.
Heidrun Ariane Troendle is a Silent Companion, energy healing practitioner, and sound guide. She creates quiet, powerful spaces where people can fully connect with themselves—free from expectations and pressure. With keen perception, mindful presence, and methods drawn from energy work, she helps people release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the natural flow of calm and vitality.
Her two gongs are special companions in her work. The first was crafted under the full moon on Mount Etna—born from the powerful union of fire and moon, earth and sky. Its sound invites you to feel deeply and let the vibrations of the tones carry you into a new inner expansiveness.
The second gong was created during the winter solstice of 2025 in the Swiss Engadin—in that rare moment when the sun aligns with the Galactic Center. In the deepest darkness of the year, a gateway opens to origin and new beginnings. This gong carries within it the quiet, clear power of winter and reminds us of the cosmic light that emerges from the center of all being. Her credo: The deepest healing lies in simply being. For in the silence, you hear what your inner wisdom is trying to tell you.
