Finding Your Inner Compass: Expressive Arts Group Workshop

  • Private location in Lichtenberg Berlin Germany (map)

Hosted by expressive arts facilitator and artist Gohar Gasparyan

Together, we will create an intimate space — a circle of trust, creativity, and exploration — where art becomes a language for what words alone cannot express.

Each session is a gentle unfolding, guiding you back to your own truth.

Session Theme: Anchoring in Love

Somewhere between codependency and isolation lies a healthy, loving way of relating — and it begins within. Together, we’ll explore how to gently quiet the inner cruel dialogue and dial up the compassionate one. Through self-acceptance, we can open our arms to give and receive love, forming relationships that feel nourishing and lasting.

You’ll discover what nurtures you personally and learn ways to anchor in love — for yourself, others, and life — even amidst uncertainty.

About the facilitator

Gohar’s work with people is driven by knowing and trusting that your innermost self wants to be revealed and be your guide. Through the use of intermodal expressive arts, Gohar creates an environment where one can let go of reason and everyday reality and emerge into an imaginative and playful experience. When we stay in this liminal space, it often happens that something emerges, the gift of the work that carries meaning and value.

As an expressive arts facilitator, leader, ex yoga teacher, mother and a highly sensitive human being, Gohar helps people go into the soil of their being, reach to the seeds, nurture them and witness them crack open and grow. Gohar is fascinated by how creative flow brings us to the here-and-now, awakens the entirety of our vibrant selves, touches and moves us.

Gohar loves guiding groups and tending spaces that begin to breathe and come alive as we slowly open into the mysteries of our human existence.
