To share more on this, Joanna has created a full-day journey, inspired by Shiatsu and Reiki.
Beginning by arriving in our own bodies with movement and playful somatic explorations. From there, you’ll learn floor-based bodywork techniques and be guided through a nourishing full-body sequence — one you’ll both give and receive. The focus is on non-forcing, holding space, and cultivating presence. Touch becomes soft, meditative, and deeply connecting — supporting the receiver as much as the giver.
You’ll leave with practical techniques, as well as more confidence and joy in offering mindful touch.
