Movement & Sharing
We live in a world that taught us to be strong by becoming hard. To be reliable by not feeling too much. To keep going, even when something inside us quietly breaks.
Many of us learned early that softness is dangerous. That sadness should be swallowed. That fear must be hidden. That anger is only allowed if it looks controlled, productive, justified.
In this circle, we gently unlearn that. We create a space where men can come back to their true essence. Not the idea of a man, not the role, not the armor but the human being underneath.
A space where you are allowed to feel what is actually alive in you. Where you don’t need to perform strength. Where nothing needs to be fixed, proven, or achieved.
Here, you can let the hard shell soften. You can meet the places that feel tired, numb, sad, frightened, confused, angry, tender, or deeply alive. You can give yourself permission to be “weak” - not as failure, but as honesty. As truth. As humanity.
When we cannot feel ourselves, connection becomes shallow — with our partners, our children, our friends, and our own lives.
This is an invitation. Not to become better. But to become more real.

About the facilitator
Alex has been working with the image of masculinity for over ten years. What a man is supposed to be, what he must not be, and what happens when he tries to live up to that image.
Becoming a father brought it to its peak. Trying to truly connect with his son brought one question to the surface again and again: “How can I be present as a man, if I am not present with myself?”
