Hosted by Rachel Lisske
This retreat offers a spacious, supportive setting for caregivers and children to practice yoga as a lived, holistic experience within family life.
Parents are invited into grounding movement, gentle flow, breath, simple massage, and sound practices designed to restore energy, release tension, and support the nervous system amidst the chaos. Children are welcome throughout but not the focus, instead are invited to join movement when curious, while having the freedom to play, create, snack, rest, or simply be present in their own way. They are included, but never expected to participate in a particular fashion.
At its heart, this retreat is about living yoga holistically: practicing presence, steadiness, and connection within the realities of parenting. It is not about silence, stillness, or perfection, it is about creating a calm, nourishing space where caregivers can practice, children can be themselves, and families can simply be together.
What you’ll take home from the retreat:
Kid-accessible yoga and breathwork to practice together at home
Mindful snack and tea ritual for calm, connection, and presence
Drawing and mandala meditation resources to encourage creativity and reflection
Tools for shared relaxation and connection, including simple sound practices and gentle touch
No childcare is needed. No stillness is required. Just be. Come as you are. Bring your child(ren) and let the afternoon unfold.
