One Day Yoga Retreat

Take a break from daily life to rest, recharge, and rejuvenate

Start the day with meditation, followed by an extended yoga class that includes some classic yoga breathing practices. After a break take a workshop with Mina, then another break followed by a mini workshop and some seated practice with Oren. Finish the day with a deep meditation session and a closing talk and some chanting. Experience a rich and full day that is all about yoga.

Workshop: Fascia - Spirals, Waves, and Circles

The old anatomical model focused on dissection, separation, and isolation. In contrast, the new fascia-based perspective highlights connection, unity, and the seamless integration of the whole body — a view that beautifully aligns with the principles of yoga.​

In this workshop, we’ll explore the current understanding of fascia through both theory and embodied practice. Gentle movement and breath will guide us into direct experience, allowing the science to come alive in our tissues. You’ll leave with a refreshed sense of coherence — a new paradigm that helps you feel more connected and at home in your body.

Workshop: Asana Doctor

A wonderful opportunity to address any questions or confusions about particular yoga postures, movements or breath patterns.

We'll start with a short discussion about the fundamentals of yoga posture practice (Yoga-Asana), and how to practice in the most effective way that is true to the essence of yoga.

Then we will break down some postures and help resolve any issues that may arise while doing them. Please come with any Asana related question or issue that you would like us to address!

About Oren

Oren has been a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga for almost two decades, teaching full time for more than 10 years. He has traveled all over the world to study and practice with some of the great yoga masters of our time and spent long stretches of time in India practicing intensively and deepening his understanding of yoga in all its facets.

​Teaching yoga is not just a job for Oren, it comes from a passionate commitment to sharing the insights he has discovered in his own practice and years of contemplation with the intention of being of service for those who wish to fulfill their full potential to live a good life (what is a good life..? That is to be discovered from practicing and studying yoga).

His style of teaching is gentle, kind and caring. His approach is non-dogmatic, open-minded, based on yoga being adapted to the individual’s needs and capacities and not the other way around. Oren tries to guide people in a process of self-inquiry in which they arrive at their own insights instead of being told how they should feel.

About Mina

Mina has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2013. Her style is informed by her dance background, the voice of the earth as well as the encounter with each and every student. Mina links breath and movement in mindful, heart-warming and empowering ways. Her passion is to create a space in which the students can learn to access their own inner wisdom.

She is a E-RYT 500 as well as a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. In 2016 she opened her own studio in Dakar Senegal, and is teaching in Berlin since 2019.

Mina has completed numerous yoga workshops with renowned yoga teachers such as Meghan Currie, Elena Brower, Kali Ray and Cyndi Lee. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist with The Yoga Therapy Institute in the Netherlands.​
