About the facilitators
Maria Alejandra Perafan
Alejandra is a Colombian Breathwork Facilitator based in Berlin, where she has lived for the past 8 years. She built her career in high-demand corporate environments, where pressure, constant projects, and mental exhaustion are part of the landscape. It was that very experience that led her, four years ago, to explore the science of the nervous system and the transformative power of breath. She didn't need to escape the stress, she needed to learn how to regulate within it.
Today, she is a certified Breathwork Facilitator through Respira Group, accredited by the International Breathwork Foundation, guiding professionals and high-performers through intentional breathing practices that release physical and emotional tension, free the mind from overwhelm, and restore the energy needed to keep moving forward, with more clarity, presence, and ease.
Camila Haushalter
Camila is a personal trainer and nutritionist with over 7 years of experience and international certifications from ISSA, AFPA, IIAF, and Online Trainer Lizenz, but what truly defines her work is something more personal than credentials. When she became a mother four years ago, everything shifted. She experienced firsthand what so many women face after birth: a body that feels unfamiliar, a core that needs rebuilding, and a system that needs real support, not generic advice. That lived experience became the foundation of her practice. For the past 5 years, Camila has been working exclusively with women's health and postpartum rehabilitation, combining functional nutrition and specialized training to help mothers reconnect with their bodies from the inside out. Her approach is science-based, deeply personal, and built around one belief: that every woman deserves to feel strong, stable, and at home in her own body again.
