As Sonic Embrace’s beautiful sauna season comes to an end, you’re invited for one last gathering on May 7th.

This will be a mixed-gender evening with sauna and sound. You’re invited to enjoy the warmth, having a deep resting sound ceremony, before summer and festival season begin.

What to expect:

• Meditative etheric oils’ journeys in the sauna by Julia and Greta

• Bolivian cacao with Damask rose prepared by Greta

• Massage/ bodywork by Sasha (can be booked on the spot)

• Finger food, cold fruit throughout the evening

• Homemade organic face masks

• Homemade treats at the bar

• Wild-grown Blue Lotus tea

• 1:1 light body sessions with tuning forks by Groundtactics members

• Optional microdose with self-grown Mycelium

• Sonic bath with different elements of sound and the intention to restore harmony, nourish and reset the nervous system by Nura

• Closing oak tree banja
