Join us for this 2-hour workshop guided by Lina exploring the functional and energetic core—beyond surface strength and aesthetics. Through mindful movement, breath, and guided exploration, you’ll learn how to access deep core support to improve stability, balance, and ease in your yoga practice.
We’ll break down the role of the diaphragm, deep abdominals, pelvic floor, and spinal stabilizers, and introduce the yogic concepts of Mūla Bandha and Uḍḍīyāna Bandha in a practical, embodied way. Expect a balance of theory, slow vinyasa, hands-on exploration, and rest.
This workshop offers practical tools to access deep core support, helping you move with greater stability, ease, and awareness & empowering you to practice more safely and effectively, both on and off the mat.
Open to all levels, especially students seeking better balance, deeper internal awareness, and a more sustainable yoga practice.
