Step into the mystical time between the years — the Rauhnächte, twelve sacred nights full of symbolism, reflection, and renewal.

In this online course, you’ll learn where these ancient traditions come from and how to bring their wisdom into your modern life.

Together, we’ll explore rituals, reflection practices, meditation, and movement to close 2025 with peace and open 2026 with clarity and alignment.

Course Flow

→ Opening Session – December 18th from 19.30 to 21.00 (Live Session & Recording)

Live online gathering to introduce the Rauhnächte, their origin, symbolism, and how to prepare your space and mindset for this journey.

→ The Twelve Nights – December 25th to January 6th

Each night carries its own energy and meaning.

‍→ Closing Session – January 6th from 19.30 to 21.00

About the facilitator

Uta Eismann is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach based in Berlin. She has a background in contemporary dance and it was during her dance studies that she gained a deeper understanding of yoga and the impact it has on wellbeing. Finding this practice empowered Uta to create a sense of inner peace and harmony, giving her the ability to tune in to how her body and mind feel each day. Uta sees yoga and meditation as a way of connecting with her spiritual side and forming synergy between body, mind, and breath.
