Hosted by Kirsten Hanser
The Rauhnächte describe your time between the years. Everything seems to stand still; we recover from the excitement of the year, pause, take stock, and realign ourselves.
From a cosmic perspective, the Rauhnächte begin with the Winter Solstice - on December 21st, 2025. The darkest moment of the year, when the light is reborn. Each of the following days corresponds to a month of the new year.
This workshop will include:
A powerful Asana practice - we often understand more through the body than through words.
A Yang and Yin practice
Meditation & Breath
Together, you’ll embark on a visionary journey into the new year. Beforehand, however, it is also essential to make peace with what has happened so far. We will cleanse, imagine, and envision. And thus become the architects of our future.
For the Mercury year 2026.
Please bring:
Yoga clothing, comfortable and practical.
