WELLWOMEN - a weekend workshop for women by women

  • MIRAFLORES Berlin - Breathwork, Yoga, Coaching & Therapie 77 Bizetstraße Berlin, Berlin, 13088 Germany (map)

Hosted by Lea and Anneke from WELLWOMEN

A workshop weekend by women, for women - connection, growth, and a safe(r) space. A weekend dedicated to our well-being, both in mind and body.

Step outside your usual bubble for two days and immerse yourself in a space that belongs entirely to us women. At Miraflores Studio in Berlin-Weißensee, eight workshops led by eight women await you: diverse, personal, and with a shared goal: to learn from one another, connect, and leave feeling empowered. We’re hosting WELLWOMEN for the first time because we’ve realized that inspiration and genuine growth happen when we connect.

What It’s All About

  • Networking and Exchange – We create space for nourishing exchange among women, get to know what others have to offer, and make new connections.

  • Cheer & Leading – It’s time to step out of your own bubble and let other women whisk you away into their worlds and guide you—to support one another and be there for each other.

  • Personal & Professional Growth – We learn from one another, broaden our horizons, and draw inspiration from each other’s wealth of knowledge and experience.

  • Safe(r) Space – Mindful interaction is important to us. Together, we strive to create as safe a space as possible—more on this in our Awareness and Community Agreement, which you’ll receive from us in advance.

Women’s Circle: Opening the Heart – Arriving Just as You Are with Laura Gina Meyer

Before we dive into this weekend together, let’s pause for a moment. A moment when you can shed the roles you play every day and simply be yourself. In this women’s circle, we come together to reconnect with ourselves and with one another. It’s an invitation—nothing more, nothing less. You’re welcome to just be here. Listening is just as valuable as sharing. Everything is welcome here, even silence. Through a guided heart-opening exercise, shared reflections, and compassionate listening, we’ll rediscover what truly matters. Because when we set aside the masks we wear in the outside world, we realize how similar we are—in our longings, in our questions, in our humanity.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Transforming Your Relationship, Even If He or She Isn’t On Board? with Anke Gessler

You’ve talked and explained a lot, held back, read books—and nothing has changed. In this workshop, you’ll take a new approach: not more tips, but sensing and transforming. We’ll focus on a specific issue you’re familiar with from your relationship. I’ll guide you from the everyday situation to the underlying thoughts that drive your behavior. There will be a discussion among women who’ve experienced the same thing. You’ll leave with concrete steps to take and feel empowered and more emotionally independent.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Dance & Movement – Making Space for Your Own Needs with Nancy Weiß

In our daily lives, we often just go through the motions. Juggling family, work, and the demands of everyday life, we try to meet the needs of others and balance it all. In the process, the space we have to acknowledge our own needs grows ever smaller. We often pay too little attention to what we ourselves need at any given moment, and these needs tend to take a back seat. This 90-minute session is designed for anyone who wants to consciously set aside time for themselves. Through dance, movement, and mindful body awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to step off the merry-go-round of thoughts and demands and reconnect with yourself. Creative movement prompts and guided reflections help you rediscover your own needs, express them, and strengthen your inner resources. No prior dance experience is required.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Connection Begins with Me – Authentic Encounters Through Self-Connection with Yvonne Scholz

We all long for relationships in which we feel comfortable, seen, and free to simply be ourselves. Yet when interacting with others, we often lose touch with what we ourselves are feeling, needing, or wanting in the moment. In this workshop, you’ll explore and experience how a pleasant and vibrant connection can develop—with yourself and with others. Together, through body awareness, movement, interaction exercises, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how you can become more aware of your own signals while remaining open to the person you’re with. It’s not about being solely focused on yourself or solely on the other person, but about finding a good balance between the two time and again. Because that’s exactly where a connection arises in which you can feel at ease and be completely yourself at the same time.

Sunday’s Agenda

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

“Good Enough?” with Sandra Theil

Even though your carefully crafted proposal is finished, you hesitate to turn it in and keep going over it again and again. After an argument with your child about doing the dishes, you end up analyzing every sentence. You constantly compare yourself to your colleagues and wonder if you should wait to offer your workshop until you come across as just as confident. These are very human experiences that you share with many people. In this workshop, we’ll explore them gently. What makes you feel inadequate, what fears are connected to that, and how does it feel to acknowledge it? You’ll gain new perspectives, a deeper understanding of yourself, and—perhaps for the first time in a long while—the feeling that you’re good enough, even if you’re not perfect.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Chair Shiatsu by Anamaria Steimer

Shiatsu to fly was founded 11 years ago. It is an expression of my passion for this form of bodywork. In my practice, I offer Shiatsu, massages, and cupping. Shiatsu is a wonderful way to find calm and regulate the nervous system through the body and by working with the meridian system. Massages allow for more intensive work with muscles and fascia, the dynamic… In this workshop, you’ll explore and experience how a pleasant and vibrant connection can develop—with yourself and with others. Together, through body awareness, movement, interactive exercises, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how you can become more aware of your own signals while remaining open to the person you’re interacting with. It’s not about focusing solely on yourself or solely on the other person, but about continually finding a good balance between the two. Because that’s exactly where a connection arises in which you can feel at ease and be completely yourself at the same time.

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Fluentbody™ & Boundaries with Leonora Hendrich

How can boundaries create connection rather than separation? We all long for connection and a sense of belonging. In the process, our own boundaries often become blurred; we question them or give them up—in the hope of creating or maintaining closeness. But what if clear boundaries are precisely what enable genuine connection? This workshop invites you to explore this question mindfully and through experience. In a safe space, we’ll explore how boundaries don’t have to separate us or create conflict, but can instead become a place where connection flourishes. We’ll begin with Fluentbody—a somatic movement approach that helps us ground ourselves in our own bodies and strengthen our connection to ourselves. We’ll then explore, in a mindful and body-oriented way, what prevents us from living with clear boundaries and what can help us approach them with greater confidence.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Sound Bath with Sylvia Kuhlmann-Bessi

Through my sound practice, I aim to connect with people on a deeper level, far removed from the constant stream of thoughts. I use various musical instruments and my voice intuitively. The “spherical” sound of my monochord is a very special experience. The even vibrations, rich in overtones, direct your focus inward, encourage letting go, and can thus gently release emotional blockages. Bathing in sound can be a sensory experience and lead to deep relaxation. I look forward to playing for you—a warm welcome to all!
