Creative Reset Retreat

May 13th - May 17th, 2026 • Andalusian Mountains, Spain

An invitation to slow down and step into a different rhythm, supported by land, space, and intention.

This 4-night immersive retreat held in Andalusian mountains near Órgiva, blends meditation, mindful movement, creative exploration, nature hikes, communal dinners, and evening sound rituals into a grounded and restorative experience.

In today’s wired, fast-paced, and digitally driven lifestyle, the creative nervous system often becomes overstimulated and depleted. Chronic tension, scattered attention, and a diminishing sense of real connection can quietly take hold. This retreat offers space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect through practices that support nervous system regulation and sustainable recovery.

Drawing on scientific research and proven tools, the retreat is grounded in mind-body practices including meditation, breathwork, conscious movement, and sound immersion. These practices are designed to restore clarity, presence, and inner balance without strain or performance.

Meet the space holders

  • Vanine is an experiential designer, artist and sound practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of space, nervous system regulation, and creative expression. With a background in interior architecture, she is well-versed in crafting holistic, immersive experiences and has over a decade of international practice experience, which enables her to understand firsthand the intensity and exhaustion that often accompany high-performance creative work.

After moving through her own creative burnout, Vanine spent years exploring, testing, and refining practices that support regulation, presence, and sustainable creativity. Her approach blends sound healing and sensory design with research-informed tools for nervous system reset, shaped by lived experience rather than theory alone.

This retreat is a direct expression of that journey. A space she once needed herself, now held for others. She will be facilitating the creative workshops and sound rituals.

  • Our body is a masterpiece.

Through her work, she shares a deep love and gratitude for ourselves and for all the organisms that surround us.

During this retreat, Constanze will be facilitating the Pilates and mindful movement sessions, offering dynamic and energetic practices that support both physical vitality and embodied awareness.

Through her diverse training and continued education, including dance and sports pedagogy as well as sports therapy, she brings well-founded specialist knowledge into her sessions. She is highly experienced in guiding participants through physical processes, supporting them in bridging cognitive understanding with personal body awareness and intuition.

Through conscious movement, participants learn to understand the language of the body and can step by step come into closer, more honest contact with themselves and the world around them.

  • No. All practices are accessible and guided with care. This retreat is not about performance or getting it “right.” It is about listening, softening, and meeting yourself where you are. You can be a complete beginner or deeply experienced. Both belong equally.

  • No. Movement sessions are gentle, mindful, and guided with your level of adaptability. The guided hike and outdoor movement are paced slowly, with rest always available. This is a nervous-system-led experience, not a fitness retreat.

  • Yes. Especially then. The structure intentionally alternates activity and rest. Early afternoons are spacious and unstructured. Sound rituals, breathwork, and slow movement support deep restoration rather than depletion. You are never expected to push yourself.

  • This retreat welcomes creatives in the broadest sense. Architects, designers, artists, photographers, writers, thinkers, and those whose creativity has been shaped by years of output and responsibility. It is also for people who may not identify as “artists” but feel exhausted or disconnected from their inner rhythm.

  • There are moments of gentle silence, especially in the mornings and during certain practices, but this is not a silent retreat. Conversation, laughter, and connection are part of the experience. Silence is offered as a tool, not imposed as a rule.

  • Participants stay in shared double rooms with private or shared bathrooms. The villa is recently renovated, has multiple hang-out areas indoors and outdoors, massive garden and a contemplation pond area. It also features a massive salt pool and dining areas.

Research shows that certain sound frequencies and listening practices can reduce stress markers, improve sleep quality, and enhance emotional regulation. Sound rituals are offered as a gentle yet powerful way to recalibrate.

  • Comfortable, non-performative clothing for movement and rest. Layers for cool evenings. Good walking shoes for nature walks. A journal if you enjoy writing. An open mind and a willingness to slow down. You will receive a comprehensive list after registration.
