Embodied Essence is a two-month journey with the in-person Algarve retreat at its center.
Real change doesn’t happen in a few days. It happens through repetition, support, and embodiment — before, during, and after the retreat. This unique format makes sure your transformation doesn’t stay a “retreat high,” but becomes your new way of being.

1. Remeber & Prepare

Online Opening Call — Sunday, February 15, 2026 · 18:00–20:00 CET (Replay Available)

In the first group call, you will begin by getting clear:

  • Who do you want to be?

  • What needs to shift?

  • What do you desire from life and from yourself?

You’ll meet the group and start reconnecting with the woman you’re becoming.

In the weeks leading up to the retreat, you’ll receive weekly preparation emails that help you become aware of the changes you want to make: you arrive in Portugal already in motion.

2. Retreat & Embody

In-Person Retreat — Lagos, Algarve, Portugal · March 13–18, 2026

This is where the deep transformation happens. You will learn how to create conditions for your system to reset from the inside out — so safety, expression, trust, desire, and truth become embodied, not theoretical. You’ll be guided through somatic, energetic, emotional, and relational practices inside a space where you can let go fully and be held.

3. Return & Integrate

Online Closing Call — Sunday, April 12, 2026 · 18:00–20:00 CET (Replay Available)

This is where your new choices take root.

For four weeks after the retreat, you receive weekly integration emails to help you stay connected to your new way of being instead of sliding back into old patterns.

You’ll also stay connected with the group, and we gather one month later to anchor insights, answer questions, and celebrate your breakthroughs.

Important to note:

You can join only the Portugal retreat — but the full two-month journey is what makes the change last.

Preparation sets the ground. The Retreat transforms you. Integration anchors it into your daily life. This is where really feel the shift: in your actual life, not only during the retreat.

The Retreat Space

Quinta Bonita — A Luxury Hideaway in the Western Algarve

A family-owned boutique villa with charm, soul, and space to exhale. Sea views. Serenity. Beauty. A place where you can breathe again.

Quinta Bonita will be exclusively ours during the retreat. It’s a warm, elegant home overlooking the ocean, with its own light-filled yoga studio where we will gather each day. The owners take care of every detail with heart so you can slow down, soften, and be held. You’ll be nourished with fresh, local, mostly vegetarian meals prepared daily, including herbs from their own garden.

Experience again (or maybe for the first time) what it feels like to be fully cared for.

 

Accommodation will be offered in single bedrooms, shared double or shared triple bedrooms. All seven rooms at Haven have their own en-suite bathroom.

    For more than 15 years, Alexandra has worked with Energy Medicine and Psychotherapy.

    As an experienced KAP Facilitator and Spinal Energetics Practitioner, she helps women release old patterns quickly and create space for a new expression of self.

    Through Ale
    xandras’s unique gifts, she facilitates inner harmony through integrative healing.

  • Languages: EN & DE

    Mirjam supports women in living their natural power and sensuality in everyday life.

    She is a writer, ECA certified Systemic Life Coach, and KAP Facilitator. She also trained as a breathwork facilitator and with Ivan Rohe in the Impersonal Dimension, which is not a modality but rather a standard of living she holds for herself and those around her.
    Above all, she is a woman who knows from personal experience how it feels to exist at the sidelines of her own life - and liberating it is to move into life’s very center.

    In her work, she combines Taoist and Tantric approaches with modern embodiment practices — opening a pathway for women to a life filled with vitality, beauty, and Eros, no matter their relationship status.

    Petra supports women in reconnecting with themselves.

    In her work, she combines KAP (Kundalini Activation Process), Reiki, modern Shamanism and guided aromatherapeutic rituals. On her own path, she experienced several losses of loved ones. Yet these experiences have led her into a deeper connection with body, soul, inner stillness, and true joy.

    Today, she creates a clear and sensitive space where women can pause, turn inward, navigate grief and loss, and reconnect with their essence.

Practices

You will experience the following practices during this retreat to support your transformation.

You don’t need any previous experience, just curiosity and the willingness to explore and expand. You are free to choose your own pace. You can lie down, cry, laugh, move, be quiet.

  • What it is:
    Lying-down energy activations and transmissions that open your system into deep presence, clarity, and connection with yourself.

    What it does:
    Helps you release tension, soften your defenses, access your intuition, and feel supported from within — without effort or “trying.” It is a receiving-only practice.

    Facilitators are trained through KAP Academy

  • What it is:
    Gentle and powerful somatic exercises that bring you out of your head and into your body.

    What it does:
    Builds safety, trust, and grounding in your nervous system so real change can land — not just mentally, but physically.

  • What it is:
    Essential oil–based practices that use scent to influence mood, memory, and emotional states.

    What it does:
    Calms your system, deepens presence, and anchors new emotional states so they stay with you beyond the retreat.

  • What it is:
    Free, guided movement that lets your body express what words cannot.

    What it does:
    Releases stuck emotions, awakens joy and aliveness, and reconnects you with pleasure, spontaneity, and your natural energy.

  • What it is:
    Guided breathing techniques that shift your emotional and energetic state within minutes.

    What it does:
    Releases tension, clears mental overwhelm, increases presence, and opens the body to feel more. And to hold more.

  • What it is:
    Energetic and relational exercises (individual or group-based) that shift how you show up with others and with Life.

    What it does:
    Helps you break old patterns, expand your energetic capacity, and experience yourself in new, more powerful ways. This is a safe practice space where you can simulate real life without judgment and express your desires without being belittled.

  • What it is:
    Guided and silent practices that create stillness, clarity, and inner spaciousness.

    What it does:
    Quiets mental noise, reconnects you with your inner voice, and supports emotional regulation and groundedness.

  • What it is:
    Gentle time outside, on the land and by the sea, intentionally woven into the retreat days.

    What it does:
    Regulates your nervous system instantly, deepens grounding, helps emotions move more easily, and supports integration in a way no indoor practice can.
    Nature has a healthy rhythm and we are part of nature. In cities, we are estranged from this rhythm, immersed in nature it is way easier to feel your natural rhythm again

  • What it is:
    Guided group sharing in a safe, honest, and non-judgmental space with clear boundaries and facilitation.

    What it does:
    Helps you feel seen and not alone, reduces shame, builds inner strength, and accelerates transformation through reflection and connection. Helps you to speak up in a safe space.
