Six days of yoga, sun, and sea await you

Each morning starts with a dynamic Vinyasa practice, meditation, and breathwork. In the late afternoon, things slow down with a relaxing Yin and Restorative session. You can take surf lessons, go horseback riding, or simply relax by the pool in the garden.

Casa Paco D'Ilhas is a truly beautiful place near Ericeira. The place offers complete privacy where you can relax in the large garden or by the pool, or walk directly to the beach. There's a wonderful yoga room with a fantastic rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunrise.

Nourishment

After the morning practice, a large, delicious breakfast is served. During the day, tea, coffee, fruit, nuts, and small snacks are available; in the evening, a vegetarian/vegan dinner follows the yoga practice.

One evening is free to go out for dinner together in Ericeira or to take a longer trip.

Double room: 1.350€
Single room: 1.500€

The price includes 5 nights in a double room, breakfast and dinner (4x) + the complete yoga program. Single rooms (plus a supplement of €150.00) and multi-bed rooms (like a Family + Friends Suite) are also available. Please inquire if interested.


Important

Travel to the location is not included and must be arranged independently. The best option is to fly to Lisbon. From there, you can take a bus, rental car, or taxi directly to Casa Paco D'Ilhas (approx. 40 min). Your host is happy to assist with arranging a carpool.

Meet your host

Nicole is a yoga teacher and author with a practice spanning more than two decades. She began her yoga journey in the early 2000s with Kundalini yoga, before developing a deep affinity for Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well as the therapeutic approach of Lilla Wuttich’s yoga therapy. In 2022, she expanded her repertoire to include Katonah Yoga.

Her professional path has taken her internationally, including time as a yoga au pair in Sydney. She completed her first teacher training in Byron Bay under Lance Schuler and later contributed as an assistant in teacher training programs. In 2017, she co-founded her own yoga studio, creating a dedicated space for practice and community. Since July, she has been teaching from Hamburg, offering both in-person and online classes.

Alongside her teaching, Nicole is an accomplished writer. She explores themes such as yoga, health, travel, and the nuances of everyday life, using writing as a way to reflect, understand, and connect. She studied cultural studies, German studies, and art history in Bremen and Barcelona, and has worked as a freelance editor and writer for publications including brigitte.de, Brigitte Balance, emotion Slow, StadtlicHH magazine, and Yoga Aktuell.

In addition to her editorial work, Nicole is the author of books focused on yoga and mindfulness, bringing her experience and perspective to a wider audience.
