Wilderness Within Retreat

November 5th - November 8th, 2026 • Altwigshagen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern • Language: German & English

When the days grow short and the nights long, we want to do exactly what nature teaches us: retreat.

In four days filled with movement – gentle and still, powerful and dynamic, deep breathing and simply being – we want to reconnect with what truly sustains us – our Higher Self.

Highlights include silence and movement in community, close to nature, time for sauna sessions and reading by the fire, and wholesome, organic and healthy food.

Retreat language: German and English, unless everyone speaks German.

Reconnect. Rest. Renew.

What to expect

  • 3 days and 4 nights retreat in nature

  • delve deeper into your yoga practice

  • Silence and movement in community

  • Relaxation through sound

  • wholesome, organic and healthy food

Move. Listen. Be.

We want to reconnect with our bodies through asana practice and movement, allow our breath to flow freely again, and immerse ourselves in stillness by surrendering to the vibrations of sound and our own voice.
