Safety and nervous system regulation are the foundation of transformation. Transformation cannot truly occur if the body does not feel safe or the nervous system is dysregulated. Only from a place of embodied safety can feminine power awaken fully and sustainably.

The practices provide the framework for transformation, allowing it to unfold naturally while opening the gate to limitless expansion.

Through the foundational SOMA ▽ Earth Practices, we learn to trust the ground beneath us, deepen our roots, and rise from a place of support and sustainability. By connecting to the pelvis, the earth, and our voice we root more deeply; by connecting to the heart, we open the sky.

Through the SOMA▽ practices, which include both structured techniques and inner explorations, we deepen in soul nourishment, gentleness, soft strength, self-love, diverse physicality & sexual circulation to cultivate an inner landscape of stability, grace, vitality, patience, sovereignty and sustainable ecstasy. Over time these practices create evolutionary changes: physically, emotionally, sexually and energetically. This becomes the ground for sustainable alchemy. Mother of the Holistic Dance Language & SOMA ▽ School of Mystery, Sacred Dance & Feminine Alchemy™, Zola Dubnikova is an internationally recognized ritual artist and facilitator.
