Malwida
Malwida is a bright and sunny apartment in the “bel étage”. This 130 m² apartment is very spacious and stately. It consists of three approx. 30 m² large rooms which are connected by double doors. There is a chimney stove In the living room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, gas stove, dishwasher and a bathroom with a large window. The 10.000 m² large manor house garden is directly accessible via a terrace.
The Foyer, the Great Hall and the Blue Salon are all available for shared use. The manor house garden with its shady dining areas, deck chairs and boules court are also available for shared use. A grill is available free of charge.

Margarete
Margarete is like a little house of its own. The apartment is an independent unit with its own private entrance. It was built later as an extension to the manor. It extends approx. 130 m² over two floors. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table, gas stove and dishwasher. The spacious bathroom on the lower floor has a large bathtub. There is a large wood-burning stove in the living room and the manor house garden can be accessed directly via the balcony stairs.

Marie
Marie is located on the first floor at the north-east gable of the manor house and has a large roof terrace. The 90 m² apartment consists of a spacious living area with open half-timbered elements. Adjoining it is a half-open kitchen a dishwasher and kitchen table. The 100 m² large roof terrace with dining area, deck chairs and wooden floor is accessible from the living room and bedroom. The bedroom with double bed leads into a smaller bedroom with two single beds.

Hedwig
The approx. 85 m² large apartment Hedwig is located on the second floor in the center of the manor house. From here, three large windows offer a wonderful and wide view of the landscape, including wonderful sunsets in summer. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with parquet floor and a kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment has two bedrooms that each sleep two. The bathroom can be reached from the bedroom with the double bed.

Clara
The approx. 60 m² large apartment is located on the top floor of the middle section of the house. The apartment features visible, whitewashed roof beams, many large skylights and six round ground-level windows on the gable sides lending a generous loft-like ambience. Enjoy the starry night skies thanks to the skylights (which also have shades). The loft has a kitchenette with a stove and dishwasher as well as a small bathroom with a small bathtub.

via the northern Berlin Ring (A10) towards Frankfurt/Prenzlau
At the Barnim motorway junction, take the A11 exit towards Szczecin/Prenzlau, then stay on the A11 for 63km.
Take exit 8 Pfingstberg. Then turn left onto the L24 towards Pfingstberg/Gerswalde/Greiffenberg.
Drive through Suckow, Flieth and Kaakstedt on the L24 towards Gerswalde
Keep right in Gerswalde and drive on the L24 towards Haßleben.
After approximately 3km, turn right towards Buchholz / Pinnow onto the K7318.
After about 2 km you reach Buchholz, the house is located in the village center on the right-hand side.
Warning: Significant traffic jams occasionally occur on this route. Check the situation before you set off and consider an alternative route:
A route that leads to the B109. The B109 is scenic and rarely congested.
Leave the B109 in Hassleben and turn right onto the L24 towards Gerswalde.
After about 2km you turn left towards Buchholz / Pinnow onto the K7318
After about 2 km you will reach Buchholz; the house is located in the village center on the right-hand side.

The buses only run from Monday to Friday.
Bus 504 is a demand-responsive bus; it must be booked by phone at least 60 minutes in advance (Tel. 03332 442 755). Booking hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

Get off at Buchholz; the bus stop is right next to the house.

Drive onto the village road at the railway crossing (towards the bus stop parking lot)
Drive through the village of Seehausen and at the end of the village turn sharply right onto the K7318 country road towards Potzlow.
In Potzlow turn straight/left towards Pinnow and follow the Gerswalder Weg/Ausbau road to Pinnow.
Drive through Potzlow expansion
Drive through Pinnow and follow the road towards Buchholz/Haßleben.
After about 2 km you reach Buchholz, the house is located in the village center on the left-hand side.
Tip: The RE3 is often quite crowded. If you want to board with your bike, get on at the main train station (not Gesundbrunnen).
Even better are Potsdamer Platz or Südkreuz.
