Meet Your Hosts

  • Lena is a yoga teacher originally from Berlin, now based in Freiburg, where she teaches studio classes, leads workshops and women's circles, and offers 1:1 yoga sessions tailored to each student's personal needs and wishes.

Yoga has been part of Lena's journey for over a decade, enriching her life on so many levels. For her, yoga means living in the present moment, continuously exploring her edges, and staying a lifelong student. It's about cultivating a deeper connection — to herself and to others — both on and off the mat. She is incredibly grateful to share this practice and pass on her love for yoga to others.

Together with her students, Lena creates a space where everyone feels at home, grows, and discovers their inner strength — whether they're just starting out or looking to deepen their practice.

  • When the world gets too loud, she finds freedom in the forest — a feeling she knows well from a good yoga practice.

Fee’s love for yoga began 13 years ago. Moving on the mat taught her to trust herself, embrace change, and return again and again to the present moment. As a certified Vinyasa and Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior teacher, she now wants to pass on that gift — creating a space where you can turn your attention lovingly inward, with whatever you're carrying right now.
