Lena is the founder of Ecstatic Heart in Berlin, a space dedicated to embodied tantra, healing and authentic connection.

Her work is rooted in the belief that tantra is a path of coming home to yourself. With a grounded and heart-centered approach, she helps people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, inner wisdom, and capacity for love.

Drawing from her background in Tantra, Reiki, Yoga, Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis and energy work, Lena creates transformative yet accessible experiences. Her intention is to bring tantra down to earth and make its wisdom relevant for an authentic life.

Through individual sessions and workshops, she supports people in cultivating self-awareness, deeper connection, and a more authentic expression of who they are.
