Time to breathe, walk, swim, and rest in Montenegro’s stunning landscape of sea and mountains — allowing your body and mind to naturally unwind and reset.
Release & Rituals
Through somatic workshops, journaling, and simple rituals, you’ll release emotional tension and reconnect with yourself. Optional Kobido Japanese facial massage provides deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and a nurturing sense of being truly cared for.
Nourishment & Connection
Wholesome plant-based meals and meaningful shared experiences, from cacao ceremonies to dance and celebration, fostering genuine connection, joy, and a sense of belonging.

Meals are a nourishing part of the retreat experience - fully plant-based, freshly prepared, and made with love by the retreat center’s kitchen team. The food is sourced from local, family-owned organic farms, and follows a no-waste, seasonal, and wholesome philosophy.
Meal times are based on an intermittent fasting rhythm, giving your body time to rest and digest while receiving rich, satisfying nutrition twice a day.
You’ll enjoy:
2 daily homemade vegan buffets (served at 10:00 & 17:00) - incl. a variety of dishes: freshly baked bread, vibrant salads made with homegrown vegetables, nourishing mains, and flavorful spreads
Seasonal fruits, spring water, and herbal teas offered throughout the day
Coffee available at extra costs from the cozy retreat’s café

Flights, airport transfers, and travel insurance are not included.
Each room has its own private bathroom and the beds in the rooms can be put together as a double bed or separated into two single beds (excluding the dorm room).

To reserve your spot, sign up by paying the 50% deposit. You can always contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the page if you have any questions.
If you cancel your participation at least 2 months before the retreat (by 7th March 2026), you will receive a 50% refund. If you find someone to take your place, you will receive a 100% refund, regardless of when the change occurs.

After booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Mail and closer to the retreat a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know - detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays. Ideally, book your flight to Tivat or Podgorica, and Marta will organize further transportation from the airport to the retreat location.

Payment & cancellation

To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due by 7th March 2026, closer to the retreat.

If you cancel your participation at least 2 months before the retreat (by 7th March 2026, before the second payment is due), you simply do not pay the second half of your payment; the deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations made after 7th March 2026 are non-refundable. However, if you find someone to take your place, you will receive a 100% refund, regardless of when the change occurs.

Meet Your Host
Marta is a certified yoga teacher and wellness guide trained in vinyasa, yin, meditation, sound healing, somatics, and trauma-informed approaches.
She designs retreats to help you release stress and emotional tension, reconnect with your body, and restore inner balance through mindful movement, rituals, and Kobido Japanese facial massage.
Her teaching combines yoga, meditation, nervous system support, and restorative practices to help women soften, unwind, and come home to themselves.
Inspired by nature’s healing energy and the power of community, Marta creates spaces where women can step away from the noise, experience deep relaxation, and nurture their overall well-being.
