Course Format
MORE THAN A MAN - THE LIBERATED LOVER is an online training.
You will receive 27 video instructions with clear accompanying material. Week after week we guide you in a Detailed training through all the necessary steps to build a foundation on which you can build your entire life can build.
The video course consists of 12 modules, and you will have access to the online material for two years. You can resume the course at any time, repeat it and complete it at your own pace, step by step, as it feels right for you.
Every other week there is a 90-minute live Q&A session with Iva personally. Here you have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask in-depth questions.
Once a month, you can look forward to a two-hour men's circle with Sebastian, in which you can among men about the shared challenges, experiences and solutions. Motivation and development progress increase enormously when you are aiming for the same goal with like-minded people in the same boat.
The training is rounded off once a month by a guest lecturers, which will give you 120 minutes of further practical tools for your sexual potential to the hand.

Meet your Teacher
Iva Samina
Book author, somatic sexological coach and sexological bodyworker Iva Samina accompanies men on the path to more freedom, self-confidence and fulfillment in their sexuality. With her deep knowledge of female desire and emotional intimacy, she shows what really touches women - and what makes a man a passionate, confident and present lover. It is not perfection that is required, but authenticity, liveliness and the ability to enjoy with an open heart - in bed and in life.
Her story is lively, unconventional and characterized by depth and change. As a mother of three, she has lived in a wide variety of life models, relationships and places - characterized by challenges, but also by a deep longing for freedom, truthfulness and connection. These experiences have awakened in her a burning passion for existential questions:

Where do self-determination and freedom really begin?
What is sexuality?
She draws her knowledge from Taoist philosophy, yoga, tantra, sexological bodywork, kink, systemic coaching and integrative therapy. He leads courses on tantric massage, sexological bodywork, sexological body therapy and somatic sexual counseling.

Felix Falkenhahn has been researching the human body and the natural principles of healing for 25 years. He works as a non-medical practitioner, body and Gestalt therapist, coach and teacher in the fields of breath and body awareness, relationships and men's work.
A main focus is the conscious activation of our inherent visionary body intelligence and the dancer within us, which allows us to live our wildest and most beautiful qualities and dreams.

Sebastian Hofer is a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and works in a body-oriented and trauma-sensitive manner based on the established humanistic and client-centered methods of Gestalt Therapy & Somatic Experiencing®. In addition, he draws on years of therapeutic self-experience, including with expanded states of consciousness (such as Holotropic Breathwork or Vipassana meditation) and all kinds of movement practices, all of which he incorporates into his work.
Sebastian offers men in various formats the opportunity to take off their masks and armor and thus enter into a non-competitive, nurturing and trusting connection with themselves and others.

Matthias Schwenteck is trained in Sacred Sexuality and Tantra and has been working with various healing methods as well as counseling, guided meditation and bodywork for over 20 years. His sessions and teachings are based on trauma research and neurophysiology.
Matthias developed the "Somatic consent engagement system" in 2019 and dedicates his life to guiding thousands of people through these evolutionary times.
He does this in various formats: from training courses for teachers and practitioners. Right through to workshops for couples and individual sessions.
