Made up of two villas, Villa Olivo features seven luxurious ensuite bedrooms and Villa Oliveto offers four beautiful ensuite bedrooms and panoramic views of the sea and olive grove. You can choose to rent Villa Olivo for up to 14 guests, or together with Villa Oliveto, accommodating up to 22 guests.

The studio (15m L x 5m W and accommodates 21 people) at Oliveto Estate is a peaceful sanctuary, a space that invites you to pause, breathe, and connect with your inner self. Bathed in natural light, with sweeping views of the surrounding hills, it offers a sense of calm and clarity, perfect for yoga, meditation, or artistic exploration.
Its flexible layout accommodates a variety of activities, including aerial yoga and barre. Whether you’re seeking quiet reflection or vibrant creative workshops, the studio is infused with tranquility, making it the ideal setting to nourish your soul and let your creativity flow freely.

The Deck
The yoga deck (75sqm - fits 24 participants/mats with further room on grass area) at Oliveto Estate is the heart of the property, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset. Practice yoga in the morning under the shade of the olive trees, surrounded by the serene beauty of rolling hills and olive groves, and return in the evening to dine under the stars. Whether for peaceful reflection or a delightful meal, the deck provides a perfect space to connect with nature throughout the day and night.
Wellness & Spa
The Spa is situated inside Villa Olivo, so no need to brave the colder outdoors if you stay during December. It is beautifully appointed with a 6-seat jacuzzi, a steam room, sauna and a shower ‘emotionale’ (with scented water) helping you achieve ultimate relaxation. Workout in the newly designed, fully equipped fitness centre with stunning sea views. Expect the latest TechnoGym equipment including a running machine, cycling machine, multi gym, exercise balls and yoga mats, bricks, bolsters, straps and mats.
Villa Olivo’s large outdoor infinity swimming pool (measuring 12 x 6 metres) presents exceptional views of the surrounding Le Marche landscape and the Adriatic sea. Its is also heatable in the shoulder months of April - June and September - November (for additional charge).
Massage therapists and yoga sessions can be organized on request.

Designed for the real foodie, Villa Olivo has the most incredibly appointed kitchen and multiple dining spaces. And if cooking feels too hard, a private chef can be easily arranged.
The spacious 38 sq metre, fully-equipped, open concept kitchen has been purposely designed so it can accommodate large gatherings. Everything you need including a dishwasher, double refrigerator/freezer, pantry, six-ring gas cooker and wine cooler is at your disposal. The beautiful kitchen is purposely designed for unforgettable cooking experiences. With counter-space to accommodate up to 12 people, it's perfect for that hands-on experience with your pasta, gelato or pizza making course.

The retreat center is easily reachable from a range of airports, with Ancona (AOI) just 35 minutes away and Perugia around 1 hour 20 minutes. Pescara (PSR) and Rimini (RMI) are both approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, while Bologna (BLQ) is around 2 hours 30 minutes. Those traveling from further afield can fly into Rome, either from the city center (2 hours 45 minutes) or Fiumicino Airport (3 hours) or FCO Rome or Florence (FLR), which are both around 3 hours away. By road, the center sits just 10 minutes from the motorway, making it straightforward to reach by car. For those coming by public transport, the nearest train and coach station — Civitanova Marche-Montegranaro — is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, with direct train services from Rome Termini in approximately 4 hours and a direct coach from Rome Airport in around 5 hours.
