What is an
Ayurvedic treatment?

An Ayurvedic treatment is a holistic retreat for body and mind. It combines individually tailored treatments, healthy nutrition, yoga, meditation, and herbal medicine to relieve stress on the body, strengthen the immune system, and restore inner balance. The goal is to gain new energy, find inner peace, and sustainably improve overall well-being.

What is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma is the most profound form of Ayurvedic purification. Over several days, special treatments, massages, a tailored diet, and ample rest help to detoxify the body and renew it from within. The treatment has a revitalizing, clarifying, and rejuvenating effect – and creates the foundation for long-term health, lightness, and inner clarity.

  • "From the very beginning, I felt well-informed and well cared for. From yoga classes and relaxation sessions in the afternoon to cooking classes and recommendations on what to do and where to go – everything was fantastic! The Ayurveda therapists were very competent and generously shared their knowledge of Ayurveda with us. The entire team was friendly and professional, and the food was delicious!"

Supportive yoga practices

The practice of yoga is specifically designed to meaningfully support the Ayurvedic treatment processes during the various phases of Panchakarma. It does not work in isolation, but rather complements the therapies on a physical, energetic, and neural level.

The aim of yoga practice is to deepen the effects of Ayurvedic therapies, to enable integration processes and to support a sustainable regeneration process.

The practice is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and is structured to be suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The pace, intensity, and selection of exercises are consciously adapted to the specific stage of treatment and the individual's condition.

Through gentle asana sequences, conscious pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, and mantra chanting, stress reactions are reduced and the nervous system is gradually guided into a regulated, parasympathetic state.

The practice particularly supports:

  • the reduction of stress and inner tension

  • calming and stabilizing the nervous system

  • the promotion of digestive and detoxification processes

  • the careful restoration of energy and vitality

The Ayurveda Therapists

Sani and Sathi come from a traditional Ayurvedic family in Kerala, whose healing knowledge has been passed down for generations. Their roots lie in the classical Ayurvedic Kalari tradition, which combines medical therapy, bodywork, and energetic knowledge.

Their family's Ayurvedic knowledge traces back to their grandfather – a highly respected Ashta Vaidya specializing in Marma therapy, Kalari treatment, and Mantra Chikitsa. This knowledge was passed down to their father and uncle, and eventually to Sani and Sathi themselves. They grew up with Ayurveda, were trained in it from a young age, and practiced it for many years in India.

A central component of their work is the use of their own traditionally prepared herbal medicine, which is incorporated into treatments. All applications are based on careful individual assessment and follow the classical principles of Ayurvedic teachings.

For Sani and Sathi, Ayurveda is not a learned system, but a lived practice – supported by experience, precision, and responsibility towards a healing tradition that is thousands of years old.

Meet your teacher

Linda Köper

A woman sitting cross-legged on the floor in a black sleeveless top and black pants, smiling against a plain green background.

Linda is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic yoga specialist and yoga therapist for hormone balance.

Due to her own hormonal problems (amenorrhea), she began to delve deeper into the hormonal system more than 15 years ago.

A few hundred cycles and further training (including Ayurveda for (perio-)menopause and hormonal yoga) later, she is of the opinion that we women should do more to improve our problems naturally and, above all, should do one thing: talk about it!
