Stress & Nervous System Reset Retreat

September 4th - September 6th, 2025 • Klandorf, Brandenburg

This retreat combines in-depth knowledge about stress and the nervous system with yoga, breathwork and coaching – embedded in a soothing break in tranquil nature.

*Please note: This retreat will be held in German, with English support if needed.

Away from everyday life, you have space to relax, gain new perspectives and sustainably regulate your nervous system

Understanding stress,
regulating the nervous system

Stress is not just a mental phenomenon – it affects us simultaneously on a physical, emotional, and mental level, significantly shaping our nervous system. In this retreat, you will learn what stress truly is, how it arises, and why our bodies often remain in a state of constant alert.

Through a combination of targeted yoga sequences (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and yoga nidra, we consciously create access to the parasympathetic nervous system – the part responsible for regeneration, healing and inner security.

In addition, we work with coaching exercises that help you to make your own inner convictions, patterns, and beliefs visible . Often, the real source of stress lies not in external circumstances, but in unconscious inner drivers. The goal is to recognize these, question them, and develop new, stress-reducing perspectives.

This gradually creates an individual understanding of how you can better regulate your nervous system in everyday life – physically, mentally and emotionally – and what you specifically need to get out of stress mode in the long term.

Meet your teacher

Linda Köper

A woman sitting cross-legged on the floor in a black sleeveless top and black pants, smiling against a plain green background.

Linda is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic yoga specialist and yoga therapist for hormone balance.

Due to her own hormonal problems (amenorrhea), she began to delve deeper into the hormonal system more than 15 years ago. A few hundred cycles and further training (including Ayurveda for (perio-)menopause and hormonal yoga) later, she is of the opinion that we women should do more to improve our problems naturally and, above all, should do one thing: talk about it!
