Summer Rising Retreat

June 12th - June 16th, 2026 • Bahnitz, Brandenburg

Four women practicing yoga outdoors in a field at sunset, balancing in various poses with trees and a blue sky in the background.

Summer is the season when the seeds planted in the quiet of winter — both around us and within us — come into bloom.

Nature draws us outside and offers her generosity, her colours, her ease. Life becomes lighter, and so do we.

Over five days and four nights, you are invited to welcome the beginning of summer, surrounded by fruity, flowery gardens in Brandenburg.

Through yoga, meditation, ritual, breathwork, intuitive movement and dance, you’ll explore the abundance of summer and the abundance within yourself.

Yoga Style & Practices

We will begin each day in silence, followed by a dynamic Vinyasa Flow. In the afternoons and early evenings, you’ll be invited into a mix of workshops, intuitive practices or restorative sessions. All of this is held by spacious free time to unwind, relax and simply enjoy.

If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please reach out to us before registering so we can make the most supportive decision together for you.

In the morning, you can look forward to a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, and in the early evening to a grounding Yin practice.

Meet your hosts

Young woman practicing yoga on a mat in a neutral room, performing the Cobra pose with hands on the ground and upper body lifted.
  • Uta Eismann is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach based in Berlin.

She has a background in contemporary dance and it was during her dance studies that she gained a deeper understanding of yoga and the impact it has on wellbeing.

Finding this practice empowered Uta to create a sense of inner peace and harmony, giving her the ability to tune in to how her body and mind feel each day.

Uta sees yoga and meditation as a way of connecting with her spiritual side and forming synergy between body, mind, and breath.

  • Jil is a Hypnosis Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with over five years of experience supporting women on their journey back to themselves. Her work blends breath, movement, and presence — offering spaces for intuitive dance, women’s circles, cacao rituals, and mentorship for cyclical living.

Through the processes of unbecoming and remembering, Jil creates spaces for women to shed old identities, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim their feminine, innate power.

She offers honest, nurturing environments where women can move freely, express, be witnessed, and return to a more natural way of living — empowered to live in rhythm, in trust, in connection to their inner voice.

A woman with brown hair in braids looks down while working at a table with pottery and candles, surrounded by green plants.
  • Uli is a ceramic artist whose craft is deeply inspired by the textures and raw beauty of nature.

Her slow, intuitive clay workshop invites participants to explore the meditative rhythm of working with clay.

Uli encourages a connection to the material and the moment, leaving space for creativity to unfold naturally.
