Ca’ dei Mongi is a place where time slows down, nature draws closer, and silence finally becomes audible again. A place where retreats don’t just happen—they emerge quite naturally. Surrounded by 120 olive trees, the two rustic cottages, and an atmosphere that instantly grounds you, this estate offers exactly the source of inspiration and the space needed to slow down. Here, the world feels a little wider, thoughts become clearer, and community feels light and comforting.
Accommodation
The two houses comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The larger “rustico” features a master bedroom, a double bedroom with an alcove, and a bathroom on the upper floor, as well as a further guest room for two people on the lower floor. The second house also features a double bedroom with a glass-enclosed loggia, and a gallery with four additional sleeping spaces.

The Estate
Ca’ dei Mongi is an architectural retreat on the eastern side of Lake Garda, made up of two houses with room for 10 guests. The style is inspired by the wabi-sabi philosophy: understated and natural. There are two houses, both of which feature minimalist design, high-quality finishes, designer furniture, and meticulous attention to detail.
Set amidst 120 ancient olive trees, vineyards, and terraced gardens, the estate invites you to wander slowly, breathe deeply, and experience the timeless rhythms of the land.

Ca’ dei Mongi is on the peaceful eastern side of Lake Garda in northern Italy. Nestled in nature, it offers panoramic water views. The property lies above the village of Brenzone sul Garda, which provides all your daily needs.
Lake Garda offers countless activities: kitesurfing, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding at Spiaggia Aquafresca, cycling or up the hills of Monte Baldo, or boating to lively western villages such as Limone or Gargnano. From Malcesine, the cable car takes you to the peaks of Monte Baldo with views stretching to the Alps.
There's also plenty to discover in the culinary world: local trattorias and Michelin Star Restaurants, fish restaurants by the water, or farmers’ markets in Torri del Benaco.
Visit Castello Scaligero, taste olive oil at a family farm, or immerse yourself in culture at the opera in Verona (1 hour away). Day trips to Trento, Venice, and even the Dolomites are within easy reach.
