You move, you train, you push. But what if there's more in you than your current training is unlocking? Your body is constantly working for you - processing your food, your stress, your movement, your excesses. And as a reliable partner it communicates honestly: "this is too much", "not enough", "this works", "this doesn't". Most of us never learn to pick up those signals. Not because we don't care, but because nobody ever really taught us to. And that means we leave a lot of potential on the table. For this retreat, you'll start working with your body instead of just demanding from it through workouts, breathwork and guided sessions.

What you learn doesn't stay at the retreat - it changes how you train when you get back.

Location

The retreat takes place at Neupitz, a cozy countryside venue in the village of Teupitz, just about an hour south of Berlin. Set on a large, peaceful property surrounded by forest and just steps from a private lake, Neupitz offers a beautiful natural backdrop for movement, rest and connection. The venue includes renovated bungalows, a small sauna next to the lake and shared spaces that invite you to slow down and unplug. The accommodation is clean, modest and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxed, grounding weekend.

For directions, view the retreat location on Google Maps. Just about an hour from Berlin, with train and taxi connections available too. You’ll receive all travel info closer to the retreat, and assistance with coordinating rides.

Giovanni

Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach at BEAT81, Club Athleten, Holmes Place Boutique | Licensed Psychedelic Breath® Facilitator

Giovanni worked for more than 20 years as a Creative Director in Experiential, Spatial and Interaction Design, with a strong focus on storytelling. Driven by a need for personal development, he approached fitness in a systemic way - becoming a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach - and later expanded into mindfulness and breathwork, earning certification as a Psychedelic Breath® teacher.

Guided by his own experience and constant curiosity, he now supports people in improving their physical and mental well-being and finding a healthier balance between work and life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The movement sessions are suitable for all levels. Exercises are adaptable, with options to scale up or down based on your experience, comfort, and energy on the day.

  • No - everything is guided in a simple, accessible way. Whether you’re completely new or already familiar with these practices, the sessions meet you exactly where you are.

  • It means tuning into your body’s signals - strength, tension, breath, emotion - and learning how to understand and work with them through movement, breathwork and nature-based practices.

  • No - you can always listen to your body and take breaks when needed. The retreat is about awareness, not pressure.

  • Psychedelic Breath® is a safe practice and requires no experience at all. But there are some contraindications to take into consideration.

    PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is not suitable if any of the following conditions occur:

    • Pregnancy

    • Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, history of stroke

    • Epilepsy, clinical anxiety disorders / panic attacks, psychosis

    • Recent surgery / open wounds in the chest and neck area

    • High internal eye pressure (glaucoma), retinal detachment

    Please let us know prior the start of the retreat if any of these conditions applies to you, so we can tailor the breathwork sessions on to your conditions.

  • The venue for this retreat accommodates up to around 20-25 participants, depending on room selection. This keeps the atmosphere energising yet personal, with plenty of space and attention for everyone.

  • Yes, totally! The retreats are intentionally designed to build connection and community. You’ll leave with sore muscles and new friends.

  • Your stay includes all workouts, workshops, all meals (vegetarian and nourishing), water/coffee/tea throughout the weekend, access to wellness activities (sauna, lake, nature) and 2 nights of accommodation. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased separately. Everything is taken care of from arrival to departure.

  • Travel to the retreat, personal extras and anything outside the core program are not included. Travel insurance isn’t mandatory but is recommended. You’ll receive a packing list in advance to help you prepare.

  • No problem! Your host can accommodate most food needs. You’ll receive a form after booking where you can fill out your preferences.

  • Cancellation fees apply depending on how close it is to the retreat (see our Terms & Conditions). You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend for free up to 7 days before the retreat.

    It is recommended to get travel insurance just in case.
