The Journey (is) Home Retreat
May 14th - May 17th, 2027 • Liebenthal, Brandenburg • Language: German
We often search outside for what has long been living within us. We travel, change, create, hoping that one day we will arrive. But what if the journey itself is home?
What if every pause, every conscious sensation, every encounter is a step toward the place where you have always been: with yourself.
And yet we don’t find that place alone. As social beings, we need honest connection and people who hold us, so that we can feel safe. We are often hurt in relationship, and it is in relationship that we heal. At the same time, we have to learn to be a home for ourselves.
Home lives in this tension: between the quiet within and the circle around us.
This is an invitation to experience both. A return to your natural rhythm. To stillness, movement, expression, and connection. To time with yourself and time with others.
Language: German
Rediscover what it means to return to yourself, not as a destination, but as a living experience of presence, ease, and embodied awareness.
Highlights include
Jivamukti Yoga & Meditation
Embodied Flow™
Cacao Ritual & Singing Circle
Voice Liberation
Breathwork
Sauna & Cold Plunge
The Retreat Experience
Rather than searching externally for fulfillment, this retreat encourages you to explore how home arises from conscious moments of breath, sensation, connection, and stillness, guiding you into your natural rhythm and reminding you of who you are when everything else quiets down.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be gently supported through a holistic program that includes meditation, yoga, embodied movement, sound and music, nature exploration, cacao ritual, breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge, each designed to deepen your awareness of body, mind, and feeling in the present moment.
These practices serve as invitations to slow down, listen inwardly, and deepen your connection with yourself and others in an atmosphere of openness and community.
The Property
The Sonnenhaus Liebenthal is nestled in the gentle expanse of the Ostprignitz region, surrounded by fields, old fruit trees, and a stillness that creates space. A place where nature, simplicity, and awareness meet. The house combines clear, natural architecture with a mindful lifestyle. Wood, clay, light, and air, everything works in its essence. This creates a place that nourishes the body, expands the mind, and reminds the soul what home feels like.
Nourishment
During your stay at Sonnenhaus, you will be treated to fresh and plentiful vegan / vegetarian meals for brunch and dinner. In the afternoon, healthy snacks will be served along with tea, coffee, and cacao from Peru.
Please reach out in advance of any special dietary requirements or food allergies so that they can be taken into account.

About HAEVEN
In a world that keeps spinning faster, one thing is becoming increasingly rare: genuine connection.
The growing desire for individuality and self-realization can lead to a self-determined life, yet at the same time, we experience a rise in overwhelm, tension, and stress. And even though the opportunities to connect with others are multiplying in our digital age, it often feels as if we are building our own cage of loneliness.
With HAEVEN, you break out of this cage and arrive at a place where you can truly feel safe - your sheltered harbor, your safe space. The experience you will have here will support you in strengthening the essential connection between heart, mind, and body, and in deepening your bond with others. Let yourself fall, trusting that you will be caught by a community that weaves a net of inspiration and security. Discover better access to your inner self and to those around you.
Meditation, breathwork, music, movement - your guides combine indigenous traditions with modern neuroscience in their classes to cultivate individual awareness and presence.
