About the facilitator
Diana is a trained nutritional therapist, health coach, and holistic chef, and lifelong lover of good food, beauty, nature, and creative expression.
Like many women, Diana’s own health journey has shaped the work she does today. She has lived with psoriasis for many years, and while she now has it largely under control with nutrition and lifestyle, she knows first-hand what it’s like to deal with unpredictable flares — even when you’re doing everything right.
Consistent habits, the right nutrients, an anti-inflammatory diet, daily collagen and creatine, MCT oil, supporting the gut, and being realistic about what’s possible in a busy life, have all helped Diana on her health journey.
Yes, it can feel overwhelming sometimes — so many “shoulds.” Which is why its essential to always come back to what matters: nourishment, rhythm, joy, movement, rest, and connection.
