Jivamukti Basics and Foundation Workshop: Part I

  • Yoga at Lobe Block 16 Böttgerstraße Berlin, BE, 13357 Germany (map)

Hosted by Marlis

"The study of asana is not about mastering posture. It's about using posture to understand and transform yourself." (BKS Iyengar)

With aids and targeted modifications, we discover the precise alignment of individual asanas - for a deeper practice and perhaps one or two aha moments.

Who is this for?

This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Asana – both experienced practitioners who practice regularly and beginners who want to familiarize themselves with the basics and correct alignment.

The knowledge gained from this workshop is not only useful for Jivamukti practitioners, but can also be applied to other yoga styles such as Vinyasa.

  • 2nd session (January 24th): Vinyasa Krama and sun salutations, backbends, twists, shoulder stand and meditation.

Both events build on each other, but can also be attended individually.
