The Rooted Base “I am”
Beneath us, the earth hums—steady, ancient, alive. Within us, a quiet pulse echoes: I am.
When our energy centers fall out of balance, we may feel it in many ways—emotional turbulence, mental fog, or physical tension. At times, we can feel ungrounded, disconnected, or uncertain. This is an invitation to return to our foundation.
In this gathering, we will explore the root chakra—the center of grounding, safety, and vitality. Through a combination of guided practices, embodied awareness, and the supportive use of plant medicine, we will gently access and encourage the natural flow of energy within the body.
Together, we will work with the element of earth, exploring themes of stability, survival instincts, resilience, and deep connection. We will bring awareness to where we may feel unsteady or blocked, while cultivating a stronger sense of presence, trust, and rootedness.
This space is open to all levels.
Come with a curious mind and an open heart.
Let’s explore, connect, and gently root ourselves—together.
