In this session, we’ll explore ways to come into relationship with your body’s signals and sensations, learning to notice what’s happening in the present moment and expand our capacity to stay.
Through a combination of guided somatic exercises and written journaling prompts, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Explore emotional and physical patterns in a safe space
Practice grounding, release, and self-regulation techniques
Connect to your innate vitality in an organic way
