Hosted by Vanine and Constanze from MySenses
A guided 2-hour experience designed to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you to your body through rhythm, movement, reflection, and sound.
This May, Vanine and Constanze are hosting a 4-night Creative Reset Retreat in southern Spain, and this 2-hour workshop is a chance to experience its atmosphere and practices firsthand.
What to expect:
A gently guided rhythm and movement session - an embodied practice that blends structured flow with intuitive expression. No choreography, no performance, just presence and guided exploration.
A deep sound bath designed to support relaxation, emotional processing, and nervous system reset.
Sharing circle to integrate the experience and create space for reflection.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No prior experience with movement or sound meditation is required.
Come as you are. Leave clearer, lighter, and more connected.
About the facilitators
Vanine: “After having explored and lived in many cultures, and experimented with a multitude of visual arts, the profound beauty of Gong has become my chosen home. I am fascinated and in awe of the experiential power of vibrations and frequencies. Space and matter dissipate and magic slowly sips into existence when Gong is played.
I share this love in my sonic journeys, with an intention of creating a serene refuge for those who seek it. Void, serenity, relaxation, or transformation, the vibrations reveal what you are ready to experience.”
Conny: “Our body is a masterpiece! Through my work I want to share my love and gratitude for ourselves and all organisms that surround us.
Through my diverse training, further education and further trainings (including dance and sports pedagogy as well as sports therapy) I can enrich my lessons with well-founded specialist knowledge and support the participants in connecting what is cognitively understood with their personal body awareness/intuition.
Through conscious movement we learn to understand the language of our body and can, step by step, come into closer, honest contact with ourselves and the outside world.”
