This evening is an invitation to explore connection as a living, reciprocal experience - like the root systems of trees communicating through mycelial networks beneath the surface.
Together, we’ll dive into relaxation, clarity, and connection through meeting each other in grounded presence and expanded awareness.
Flow of the evening
Arrival & Landing: After landing in the space, we will move through a gentle, slow meditation to set the tone for the evening - inviting presence, softness, and openness.
Neuro-Receptive Touch: Farhad will guide you through giving and receiving neuro-receptive touch, inviting a way of sensing rather than doing.
Through contact, you may begin to perceive a symbiotic field of resonance that emerges between bodies. In this space, familiar boundaries can soften, allowing for a more direct, felt experience of connection - both with yourself and with others.
This is a hands-on session using non-invasive touch. You’ll be invited to both offer and receive, moving at your own pace within a clearly guided and held structure.
Integration & Sound: After a short break, you can relax into a soothing sound bath - melting further into the openness we created before, while still sensing the interconnectedness in the room.
This is a space for deep rest and integration, floating on soft frequencies.
