What does connection feel like to you?

​​This evening is here for you to explore a symbiotic way of connecting with each other in reciprocal ways - just like the roots of trees connect and communicate via the networks of mycelium.

​​Through neuro-receptive touch we can feel into the resonance that flows between us, dissolving the boundaries of our perceived sense of separateness and gently connecting energetically with one another.

​​Together, we’ll practice meeting each other in a state of presence, where subtle shifts in awareness can open space for relaxation, clarity, and connection.

​​This is a hands-on session using non-invasive touch. You’ll be invited to both offer and receive, moving at your own pace within a clearly guided and held container.
