In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of working with tuning forks in a clear, practical and accessible way. We’ll explore how sound and vibration interact with the body, and how tuning forks can be used to support regulation, awareness and relaxation. This is a hands-on training: you won’t just receive sound, you’ll actively learn how to apply it.
What you’ll learn:
how to safely and effectively use tuning forks
basic striking and application techniques
working on and off the body
the difference between weighted and unweighted tuning forks
working effectifely with a variety of frequencies
how vibration is perceived in the nervous system
We’ll also explore different systems you can work with, including:
chakras
meridians
foot reflexology
After this workshop you will be able to:
apply tuning forks safely and with intention
use basic techniques on and around the body
work with different frequencies and their effects
integrate tuning forks into your existing practice
apply simple techniques for yourself and others
work with sound in a more focused and conscious way
About the facilitator
Jana is a sound therapist and yoga teacher based in Berlin. In September 2024, she opened her own Sound Healing shop & studio, STAY YANG SPACE.
Jana’s passion lies in the art of self-healing through sound, frequency, yoga, and meditation. Her journey began in India, and over the years, she has completed various trainings in India, Germany, and Sri Lanka.
2025 marks the fourth year of her Sound Healing training program. Over the past years, she has had the privilege of guiding more than 250 people into the world of sound.
Jana’s trainings and 1:1 sessions are rooted in a holistic approach, addressing mental and psychological, physical, and spiritual levels equally.
