On Thursday, March 19th, Nura will open her Salon for a Circle of Women featuring sauna, self-care rituals and sound.

We will also be in the energy of the Spring Equinox, so called Ostara: This is a time which invites us to celebrate the renewal of life, the awakening of nature, and the balance between day and night, masculine and feminine, giving and receiving.

We will share the space together, planting silent seeds in the earth, tuning in, attuning, releasing, recharging.

What to expect:

• Meditative etheric oils’ journeys in the sauna by Julia and Greta

• Grounding meditation followed by a sonic bath by Nura with the intention to bring harmony, nourishing our visions/seeds and restoring peace of mind

• Bolivian cacao with Damask rose from Iran

• Massages/ bodywork to be booked on the spot by Nirmala

• Homemade organic face masks

• Homemade treats

• Cold fruit

• Blue Lotus tea

• 1:1 light body activation sessions by Storm and Ana from Groundtactics with tuning forks for those who wish

• Optional microdose with self-grown mycelium
