We begin with a deep sound bath, using Tibetan singing bowls and vibrational tones to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and bring you fully into your body. The vibrations and harmonics activate your parasympathetic nervous system—your "rest and digest" mode—helping stress hormones like cortisol drop. As your brain shifts out of survival mode, it opens up space for exploration, play, and imaginative thinking.
From this state of deep calm and presence, you'll be guided step-by-step through the art of decorating candles. No experience needed — we'll show you the tricks to transfer your favorite designs smoothly onto candle surfaces. From classic winter motifs like snowflakes, evergreen branches and stars, to more elaborate seasonal patterns — there's something for every style and skill level. In this playful space, your inner critic softens, emotions can release, and ideas emerge naturally.
