Expect sweaty sessions with aromatic Aufgüss and herbal heat rituals, an Ayurvedic buffet, fancy mocktails & fresh tea, sweet little surprises, and a live DJ set guiding your body into rhythm — before landing in deep rest with a crystal sound bath led by Isis.
Spa dir den Rave! plays on a German word twist meaning “save yourself the rave” — but here, you don’t save it, you transform it.
It’s for everyone who loves the fire, yet knows the real art is learning when to soften — when the beat becomes the heartbeat and the vibe drops into a wide ocean of stillness and relaxation.

Isis is a Sound Medicine Coach, DJ, and Vibe Curator who transforms spaces through frequency, sound, and presence.
With roots in performance, event management, coaching, and creative direction, her work blends movement, music, and emotion — guiding people from tension into transformation.
She creates experiences that lift the vibe, regulate the nervous system, and open the heart — always a little wild, a little soft, and deeply real.
Her energy bridges worlds — where rhythm meets reflection, where fire meets flow, and where transformation feels like coming home.
