Somatic Shake is a 20-hour experiential training in somatics, shaking and embodied facilitation.

Designed for yoga and movement teachers, coaches, wellbeing practitioners and facilitators who want to creatively and safely integrate somatic principles and shaking into their offerings,  as well as students who want to deepen their personal understanding and practice of these modalities.
