Soma Nidra: The Listening Body Teacher Training

September 8th - September 13th, 2026 • Occitania, Southern France

50hr Yoga Alliance Certified Training in Yoga Nidra, Sound & Embodiment •
Taught by Elea Gisele & Susanna Soma

An intimate immersion into the art of deep rest, embodied awareness and inner listening.

Blending Yoga Nidra, sound, music, yin yoga, nervous system education and somatic practice, Soma Nidra is designed for teachers, practitioners and space holders who wish to deepen both their personal practice and their capacity to guide others.

Together you explore the listening body — learning to attune to sensation, stillness, sound and the wisdom held within, while developing the skills to hold trauma-aware, restorative and embodied spaces for others.

What to expect

Soma Nidra is an immersive 50-hour training designed to be experienced as much as it is studied.

Over 5 days together you will explore Yoga Nidra, embodiment, sound, music, mudra, yin yoga and nervous system awareness through a balance of practice, theory, reflection and integration.

Each day weaves together experiential learning, embodiment, skill development and practice, creating an environment where knowledge becomes lived rather than just interpreted.

Rooted in the understanding that our bodies are not problems to be fixed but sources of wisdom to be listened to, this training offers a deeper exploration of rest, awareness, trauma-informed space holding and the art of inner listening.
