Susanna is a Somatic Mentor, educator and E-RYT 1000+ hour yoga teacher whose work explores the relationship between embodiment, nervous system awareness and what it means to fully inhabit our lives.
Drawing from extensive studies in yoga, somatics, trauma-informed practice and embodied healing approaches, her work is rooted in a deep fascination with the intelligence of the body and our innate capacity for adaptation, growth and transformation.
Her deepest calling is to support people in building the capacity to be in their lives rather than endlessly trying to fix, manage or transcend them. Through embodiment, movement and somatic inquiry, she invites others into a more authentic relationship with themselves, cultivating greater presence, self-awareness, resilience and aliveness.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when we learn to listen to the body with curiosity, compassion and awareness, we create the conditions for profound change. Through her teaching, mentoring and group work, Susanna creates spaces that support people in reconnecting with their essential nature and the freedom that emerges when we learn to trust ourselves more deeply.
-
Elea is a multidisciplinary curator of transformative experiences, exploring the relationship between body, space and consciousness.
With foundations in music, osteopathy, Qi Gong, property development and yoga, she designs immersive environments that bridge the physical and the experiential, creating conditions where connection, beauty, rest and meaningful transformation can unfold.
An E-RYT 1000+ hour yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Tantric Hatha and Yin Yoga, Elea brings a unique understanding of the body-mind connection, informed by years of study in movement, anatomy and subtle energy practices.
Her work is rooted in a deep fascination with the relationship between the nervous system, embodied awareness and human potential. Through Soma Nidra and her teaching, she supports students in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, cultivating greater presence, self-awareness and connection to life.
Blending precision, intuition and compassion, Elea creates spaces that invite deep listening, restoration and embodied exploration.
